CNC MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGIES

We can guarantee the highest quality standards in CNC manufacturing technologies. We use cutting-edge technology to manufacture a broad range of individual parts, serial parts and modules for the mechanical and plant engineering industry, as well as to manufacturing machine and made-to-order tools. We also take charge of coordinating subsequent production levels.

BURNING AND LASER TECHNOLOGY, WATER-JET CUTTING

Thanks to cutting-edge plasma, autogenous, laser and water-jet cutting, we provide you with the option, e.g. of maximum precision manufacturing of segment parts, circular blanks and pressure flanges with reduced sheet thicknesses.

WELDING TECHNOLOGY

We weld all standard steel, stainless steel and aluminium in WIG / MIG - MAG welding processes and can produce flanges using flash butt welding.

SURFACE PROCESSING

Many of the products we develop and manufacture are given a special finish, not merely for aesthetic reasons but often because they need to be extremely weather resistant and are exposed to other mechanical stresses. Protection against corrosion and wear and tear is therefore essential.
