The ESKATE®® Quick-release clamping ring, for use with flanged sealing ring for connecting pipes with wall thicknesses of 1,2 and 3mm, is the functional development of the ESKATE®® two-part clamping ring when it comes to fast assembly times and subsequent revision of the pipe sections.
Thanks to its practical quick-release fastener and its newly designed fixed joint, it can be opened and closed quickly, easily and without any tools.
Furthermore, this clamping ring can be simply retightened in the closed state. This is why it is regarded as particularly easy to install by his fitters.
In addition, this clamping ring is leak-free in the diameters of 80 - 630mm and explosion-proof to up to 3 bar.
The ESKATE® Quick-release clamping ring for use with a flange sealing ring is manufactured with one profile. Depending on the pipe construction, differently thick flange sealing rings are used for the connection of 1,2 & 3mm pipe wall thicknesses in combination with this clamping ring. The clamping ring profile is always the same.
