One-piece clamping-rings with a sealing made of Terostat VII (a kind of artifical rubber)
for a range of temperature from -25° C to +75° C are available in several diameters from stock for tubes with a thicknes
of 1 mm. This kind of clamping-ring is a simple and cheap pipe connection. This clamping-ring is not as easy to
assemble and durable as other clamping-rings.
This clamping-ring is available in galvanized steel and stainless steel.

Two-piece clamping-rings with a sealing made of Terostat VII (a kind of artifical rubber)

easy to assemble even at hard accesible places because of its special fastener with a turnable hinge.
This clamping-ring is available in galvanized steel and stainless steel.
Because of a modification we were able to improve using and mounting of this type of clamping-ring.

Clamping-ring, two-piece, to be used with a sealing ring

This kind of clamping-ring is used for connecting tubes of 1, 2 or 3 mm thickness. Only one type of
clamping-ring is used.
For each thickness a fitting seal ring (for 1, 2 or 3 mm thickness) is required.
Using a sealing ring guarantees an increased tightness for dust and air as well as a better stability against
heat, certain acids, oil and fat.
The sealing ring ist mounted on one end of the flanged tube. This connection could be opened and closed
without the necessity to mount a new seal ring. This clamping-ring is available in galvanized steel and stainless steel.
Because of a modification we were able to improve using and mounting of this type of clamping-ring.

Two-piece clamping-rings to be used with a sealing ring from DN80 to DN630 were tested to be proof against leaking
up to a pressure of 2,3barÜ). Please note the assembly instructions, which have to be fulfilled.
Moreover two-piece clamping-rings to be used with a sealing ring were proved to be resistent against explosion
pressure of 3bar(Ü). Please note the necessary conditions.
Quick-lock clamping-rings to be used with a sealing ring
)
The quick-lock clamping-ring fulfils the same requirements as the clamping-ring two piece. This clamping-ring
can be opened and closed easily and without any additional tool.
This clamping-ring is available in galvanized steel and stainless steel.
Sealing rings

The sealing rings are available in Perbunan, Keltan and
silikon and designated to be used on a flanged tube with a hight of about 6 mm.
Dependent on the thickness of the tube a seal for 1mm, 2mm or 3mm thickness is selected.
The sealing ring ist mounted on one end of the flanged tube. This connection could be opened and closed
without the necessity to mount a new seal ring.

This clamping-ring is a new developement with a width of about 45 mm.
It is used to connect folded tubes which have flanged end of about 6 mm heigth; of course it could be used for staright seam tubes.
