The ESKATE® is a company in the branch of the metalworking industry and specialized in the production of flanges and
clamping-rings as well as in bending profiles.
Manufacturing:
The bent profiles for a wide range of products are produced either on face plate bending machines or on self-made
special-bending-machines.
Flat-, profile-, special- and hollow-steel as well as pipes and edged sheet metals are bent.
The use of laser and plasma technology as well as the water jet cut offer the possibility to manufacture
products of steel, e. g. flanges, blind flanges and pressure-flanges with decreased thickness with highest
precision.
We are able to work on these parts up to a diameter of 1,500 mm (turning lathes, drills, milling-machines).
The ESKATE® GmbH is able to produce rectangle and square flanges in all dimensions quickly and precisely.
The constantly optimized production led to an extensive expansion of capacity and increased flexibility.
Individual customized requests could be taken into consideration with the highest possible loyalty of date of delivery.
Quality management:
Continual controls during all steps of production ensure a high quality standard of products made by ESKATE®.
At the end of the production sequence the final quality inspection of the products is done. Afterwards the final product can be stored or dispatched to the customer.
Materials:
Shortest delivery times can be realized due to a permanent stock of a large number of different dimensions from flat-, profile- and angle-steel.
Direct purchase of the materials from rolling mills ensures a continuously high quality, as well as an optimal quality assurance.
Stock:
Our high-rise storage-system with a capacity of 3000 pallet spaces guarantees short delivery times of standard dimensions.
All flat flanges of DIN 24154 are stockpiled, as well as clamping-rings, sealings, pressure flanges in different materials.
Furthermore there ist storage capacity for flanges and clamping-rings made to specifications and customer standards and for call-off orders.
Shipment:
Possibilities of shipment:
- normal freight by forwarding business (described as below)
- small packages by parcel service
- direct travels after arrangement
- express packages by special delivery
Usually the dispatch is "ex factory" with special conditions arranged with the forwarding business.
These costs of freight are charged to the customer together with the the invoice.
